- NJNeil JonesApr 23, 20262.0Don't bother using the McDonald's app to order. Every order using the app, items are always missing. I'm thinking they do this on purpose to stop customers using it. The amount of times we have had to re-order food because of food missing is a joke. The online support gives a small refund but it doesn't cover the cost of having to re-order and that 1 person has the pleasure of watching the rest of the family eat while they have to wait for the re-order. I get mistakes are made with busy periods but it's every order!
